EverQuest is a 3D fantasy-themed massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) that was relsed on March 16th, 1999. The original design is credited to Brad McQuaid, Steve Clover, and Bill Trost. It was developed by 's 989 Studios and its rly-1999 spin-off Verant Interactive, and published by Online Entertainment (SOE).

Since its acquisition of Verant in late 1999, SOE develops, runs, and distributes EverQuest.EverQuest's development is ongoing, and the twentieth expansion, Call of the Forsaken, launched October 8th, 2013. Additional subscription options of EverQuest, free-to-play Bronze Level, and a one-time fee Silver Level, were made available in March 2012.


EverQuest has rned numerous awards, including 1999 GameSpot Game of the Yr and a 2007 Technology & Engineering Emmy Award.

This folder contains a large compilation of updates and fixes that most people don't know about or are too lazy to install themselves.
Higher resolution textures for every continent and a few races, Armor transparency fixes, and a lot of annoying unecessary sounds were removed like thunder, wind, and lavastorm explosions.


I have also included an optional custom interface shown in this screen shot. If you want to try it out type /loadskin Casey2.9

Installation instructions

1. Unzip this bad boy to your C drive.
2. Go inside the folder and find EQGAME.EXE, right click it make a shortcut for your desktop.
It is very critical that you choose EQGAME.EXE instd of EVERQUEST.EXE, because choosing the wrong one will open up the er and fuck up your installation.

3. Right click your new desktop shortcut and add me to the end of your target box.
